About Me

I began counselling as a volunteer in Chichester, and indeed I studied in Chichester to achieve my qualifications:

- Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Conselling
- Certificate in Time Limited Therapy
- Accredited member of the BACP

Recent Courses Undertaken:
- Working with Gender Identity - "Pink Therapy", London

I have been counselling for over 10 years.

I have a private practice in Fareham and I also spent over 4years working at the Queen Alexandra hospital in Cosham, near Portsmouth, supporting NHS staff.

I have also worked for a large public authority coaching managers in how to listen to and communicate with staff. During this time I worked with the British Dyslexia Association, Shaw Trust, Remploy, Solent Mind to name a few.

I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, and abide by their ethical code of practice.

I have had therapy myself, so I know how courageous it can be, and also how life changing it can be.

I am a skilled helper and feel priveledged to work with clients to help change their situation, their lives.
